This is the last Will and Testament of me William Prissick of Shrewsbury in the County of Salop Esquire made the eighth day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one
I give to my Sister Anne Metcalfe Wife of William Metcalfe of Maltby in Cleveland in the county of York Gentleman one hundred pounds to be paid one month next after my decease
I give to my Clerk Thomas Cheshire the sum of five hundred and fifty pounds to be paid to him within three calendar months next after my decease with interest from my death until the actual payment thereof
I give to Michael Harrison of Nobold near Shrewsbury Farmer and Elizabeth his wife and the survivor of them one hundred pounds to be paid within one calandar month next after my death and also all such sum and sums of money as they or either of them or the survivor of them shall be indebted to me at my death but I declare that the same shall be in full satisfaction of all such sum and sums of money as I shall be indebted to them or either of them at my death
I give and bequeath all my Personal Estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Brother
James Prissick of Bubury in the County of Salop Farmer and appoint him sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament but I declare that the same shall be subject to the payment of my debts legacies and funeral expences and the costs and charges of proving this my Will and I hereby revoke all my former Wills In Witness whereof I have hereto set my hand and seal and of which Will there are two parts of the same tenor the day and year first above written

James Prissick deceased whilst living the Brother and the sole Executor of the Will of the said Deceased was granted to
Richard Clarke of Shrewsbury in the County of Salop Gentleman as the Nominee of
William Tompkins of Emstrey in the County of Salop Esquire limited so far only as concerns all the Right Title and Interest of the said Deceased in and to the Entirety of two certain Messuages or Dwelling houses Stable Yard Garden and Appurtenances thereto belonging situate in or near the Wyle Cop in the said Town of Shrewsbury in the County of Salop and the remainder of a certain of 500 years assigned to the said
William Prissick by a certain indenture of nine parts bearing date the 25th day of March in the year 1820 now to come and unexpired therein and all benefit and advantage
