In the name of God amen anno dm a thowesande five hundrithe eightie
two the xxxjth day of auguste I Phillyppe Prissicke of Thormondbie
within the countie of yorke husbandman sicke in bodie but sole and
pfect of Remembrance maketh this my laste Will and testament in
mann[er] and forme followeinge, Firste I will and bequythe my sowle
into the handes of almightie God my maker and redemer and my bodie to
be buried wthin the Churchyeard of Stainton
Itm I give and bequithe to Rauffe Prissicke my eldest sone the farmhould he to bringe upp the Rest of my Children upon the farmhould untill suche tyme as they be able to laboure and work for them selves
Itm I give and bequithe to Xpofer Prissicke my sone five markes
Itm I give and bequithe to Nicholas Prissicke the lampe landes Rauffe Prissicke to till and manner the saide lampe landes in dewe order and tyme accordinge as he dothe his owne when they do come into his handes
Itm I give and bequithe to Ellynor Prissicke my doughter five m[ar]kes,
Itm I give and bequith to Johan Prissicke my doughter five markes
And
the Rest of my goods moveable and unmoveable I give unto my thre sons
Rauffe Prissicke Christopher Prissicke and Nicholas Prissicke whome I
make jointlie executores of this my laste will and testament,
Recorderes of this to be my laste and trewe will and testament John
Swainson John Teesdayle Christofer Graye & Henrye Chapman
