Will of Mary Prissick of Seacomb, Cheshire, Widow.

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Prissick of Seacomb in the County of Chester widow by virtue and in pursuance of the power and authority given and reserved to me in and by the last Will and Testament of my Grandfather John ......... late of Pontesbury in the County of Salop Gentleman deceased I give and dispose of the legacy or sum of one hundred and fifty pounds thereby directed to be laid out in the purchase of three per cent consolidated Bank Annuities or other Government Stock to my two children in the proportions following that is to say the sum of Ten pounds sterling part thereof to my Son William Prissick absolutely and the residue thereof to my daughter Helen Prissick absolutely I give and bequeath all other my Personal Estate to my said Daughter absolutely And I appoint her sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty six Mary Prissick

The writing contained in this sheet of paper was signed and sealed by Mary Prissick of Seacombe in the County of Chester widow and by her published and declared as and for her last will and testament in the presence of us Ann Eliza Glynes Elizabeth Richardson

Proved at London 28th August 1838 before the Judge by the Oath of Helen Prissick Spinster the daughter the sole executrix to whom admon was granted having first sworn by comon duly to administer.
