Memorandum
that John Priswick late of East Cowton within the Archdeaconry of
Richmond in the Diocess of Chester deceased upon or about the fifth day
of Aprill In the yeare of our Lord One Thousand Seaven Hundred and
Fourteen in his owne dwelling House Scituate in East Cowton aforesaid
And of the Sickness whereof hee dyed being of perfecte mind and memory
And haveing a desire to make and declare his last Will and testament
Nuncupatively or by word of mouth declared the same as followeth
First hee gave unto his brother Christopher Priswick two shillings and Six pence
Also unto his Neice Elizabeth Priswick daughter of the said Christopher Priswick the sum of two pounds and tenn shillings
And also unto his Neice Dorothy another of the daughters of the said Christopher Priswick the like Sum of two pounds and tenn Shillings
And
made his Wife Emme Executrix of this his last Will and Testament Which
said Will or words to the same effect were spoken by the said John
Priswick in the prsence and hearing of John Mason Dorothy Roderfoote
and others whome the said deceased desired to take notice and beare
witness that such was his Will
