In the Name of God, Amen, I Christopher Pristwicke of Stoxley in the County of Yorke Skinner being sicke & weake of body but of sound & pfect Memory praised by God almighty for the same do make this my last Will & testament in manner & forme Following, frustrateing & makeing voyd all former and other Wills,
Imprs: I give & bequeathe unto my Wife An Pristwicke & to my two Daughters Mary & Elizabeth the one halph pt of my Estate Reall & personall they paying halph of my Debts & funerall expenses,
& as for the other halph pt of my Estate, I give & bequeathe unto my two sons Henry & Christopher & to my Daughter Jane to be Equally divided amongst them, they paying the other halph part of my Debts & Funerall Expenses,
Itm I do hereby nominate appoint & make my wife Ann & my son Henry sole Executors of this my last Will & Testament,
Itm, I give more to my Daughter Jane one Bed & Bedstead with all the Furniture thereunto belonging & now standing in the house & in the posesion of Christopher Brass & Mary his wife of Stoxley,
In witness whereof I have hereunto put my hand and seal this sixteenth day of October, In the second year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord & Lady Willm & Mary by the Grace of God King & Queen of England Ano Dom 1690
