This is the last will and testament of me Henry Prissick of Hartlepool in the County of Durham flaxdresser, made this twenty fourth day of November in the year of our Lord One thousand Eight hundred and Ten
I give and devise to my dear wife for and during her life to say to have all the rents of those two closes and bier now in the possession of John Chapman as tenant of the same I allso give to my dear wife all that part of my dwelling house the same as is now inhabited by myself for and dureing her life both those premises above mentioned is to go to my son Christopher Prissick at the death of his mother
I give and devise all the land above mentioned as well as that house I now live in to my son Christopher Prissick he to enter upon the same at the death of his mother
I give to my son Christopher Prissick all my
ready money and moneys upon securities and all other my personal estate whatsoever
and wheresoever disposed of unto my son Christopher Prissick his executors
administerators and assigns .... Subject to the payment of my just debts and funerall expenses and I
appoint my son Christopher Prissick sole executor of this my last will and testament hereby revoking all my former wills in witness whereof I
have to this my last and testament set my hand and seale the day and year just within written
