Extracted from the Registry of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury.
On the 14th day of March 1838 Letters of Admon with this Will annexed, of the Goods &c of
Christ Prissick, deceased, but limited so far only as relates to or concerns his the said deceased's Right Title and Interest in
the residue and remainder of two several terms of nine hundred years and seven hundred years which became vested in the said deceased in and by the
Will of Henry Prissick, deceased, of and in certain Hereditaments and premises situate at Hartlepool in the County of Durham, were, By Decree of
Court, duly committed and granted to Joseph Radcliffe Wilson of Stockton in
the County of Durham, Gentleman, he having been first duly sworn before the the Reverend George Newby Clerk, Master of Arts, and Surrogate lawfully
appointed, faithfully to execute and perform the same and administer &c, limited as as aforesaid, as usual. The Executrix being dead. Limited Effects
sworn under £5.
