John Emblenton of the same Parish, Gentleman
George Broderick of the same Parish, Gentleman"

To ensure administration by " the above bounden John Pressick, the brother & only next of kin ... of Christopher Pressick late of Whitby in the Diocese of York Gentleman, a bachelor deceased Intestate" 

ATTACHED NOTES:

1. "I do hereby certify that on the 14th day of September in the year of our Lord 1813, John Pressick the Administrator within named, was sworn duly to Administer, and that the whole of the Goods, Chattels, and Credits of the deceased within mentioned, within the Province of York; do not amount in value to the sum of Three Hundred Pounds.
