Will of Robert Porrett of North Hill, Plymouth, Devon, Esquire. 

Dated 12.12.1839, proved at London 29.3.1844.

This is the last Will of me Robert Porrett of North Hill in the parish of Saint Andrews Plymouth in the County of Devon Esquire I hereby give unto my Daughters Anna Maria Porrett and Mary Gertrude Porrett All my household Furniture Books and Linen for their absolute use and benefit I also give unto my said Daughters the use of all my plate during their joint lives and the life of the survivor of them and after the death of the survivor then I direct that the same shall be for the use benefit and disposal of my Son Robert Porrett should he survive them I hereby also give and bequeath All the rest residue and Remainder of my Property Estate and Effects Monies and Securities for monies whatsoever and wheresoever (subject nevertheless to the payments of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses ) unto between and among my said Son Robert Porrett and my Daughters the said Anna Maria Porrett Mrs Wilkinson Mrs Collier and the said Mary Gertrude Porrett to be equally divided among them share and share alike I revoke all other Wills and appoint my said Son Executor hereof In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twelfth day of December one thousand eight hundred and thirty nine Robert Porrett
