Will of Henry Porritt, Warkworth, Northumberland, Retired Farmer.

 

Dated 16.6.1851, proved at Durham 18.4.1854.

 

In the name of God Amen - I Henry Porritt now living at Warkworth Cottage in the parish of Warkworth in the County of Northumberland do hereby make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following (revoking all former Wills ) first I leave and bequeath to my wife Catherine Porritt all that I possess real property and personal, wheresoever and whatsomever leaving all to her entire disposal I also hereby appoint her sole Executrix to this my last Will and Testament

This Will was proved at Durham on the 18th day of April 1854 by Catharine Porritt Widow, of Warkworth Cottage in the Parish of Warkworth in the County of Northumberland the sole executrix therein named to whom Administration was granted she having been first duly sworn before the Reverend Charles Charlton Clerk, Master of Arts, a Commisioner in this behalf lawfully appointed faithfully to execute and perform the same as usual (Effects sworn under £200)
