In the name of God Amen I Henry Porret of Mickleby in the parish of Lyth in the county of York yeoman being a little indisposed in body but of sound and perfect mind memory and understanding and considering the uncertainty of this life do make publish and declare this my last will and testament in manner and form....following that is to say
First I give and devise unto my daughter Mary Cass (now the wife of William Cass of Mickleby aforesaid yeoman) and to her heirs and assigns forever All those three fourth parts of one oxgang of land which I bought of Thomas Cock of Ugthorp lying and being dispersed in the Townfields of Mickleby aforesaid, one broadland in Faring close which I bought of Thomas Cock of Mickleby aforesaid, two closes called East and West Todhow closes which I bought of the said Thomas Cock of Ugthorp aforesaid Also half of an Oxgang of land lying in the Townfields of Mickleby aforesaid which heretofore belonged to George Galenby decd. and one Intack divided into two Intacks which my late mother Isabel Porret decd. gave or devised to me in and by her last will and testament All which said premisses are scituate lying and being in Mickleby aforesaid or within the Townfields precincts or territorys thereof and now are in the possession of the said William Cass his assigns or undertenants,
Also I give and devise unto my daughter Isabel Bennyson widow and to her heirs and assigns forever one fourth part of one oxgang of land which I bought of the said Thomas Cock of Ugthorp aforesaid one close which I bought of the said Thomas Cock of Ugthorp aforesaid called middle Todhow close half an oxgang of land which I bought of the said Thomas Cock of Mickleby aforesaid The house and gar... which I bought of Joseph Biggin also one Beast gate which I bought of the said Joseph Biggin and one Intack which my said mother gave or devised to me in and by her said last will and testament All which said last mentioned premisses are also scituate lying and being in Mickleby aforesaid or within the Townfields precincts or territorys thereof and now are in the possession of my said daughter Isabel Bennyson her assigns or undertenants
Also I give to my said two daughters equally to be
divided between them share and share alike all my goods chattels and
personal estate of what nature or kind soever the same be And La...

and lsabel Bennyson joynt Executrixes of this my last will and
testament hereby revoking all former will and wills whatsoever by me
