Will of Anna Maria Porrett of Barnstaple, Devon (late of the Tower of London), Spinster.

Dated 6.1.1845, proved 19.2.1852 at London.

I Anna Maria Porrett spinster now residing with my brother at a house in the Terrace in the Tower of London do hereby revoke all former testamentary dispositions by me at any time made & declare this to be my last Will and Testament 

I give unto my Sister Mary Gertrude Porrett her heirs executors or administrators according to the nature & quality thereof respectively All my estate goods & effects of what nature or kind soever & wheresoever situate which I may be possessed of entitled to at the time of my death for her own absolute use & benefit & I appoint my brother Robert Porrett & my nephew Robert Porrett Collier Executors of this my Will In Witness whereof I have to this my last will contained in one sheet of paper set my hand this 6th day of Jany 1845 Anna Maria Porrett signed & declared as & for her last Will & Testament by the said Anna Maria Porrett in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence at her request & in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as Witnesses

On the 19th Feby 1852 Admon with the Will annexed of the goods chattels and credits of Anna Maria Porrett formerly of The Terrace in the Tower of London but late of Barnstaple in the County of Devon Spinster deceased was granted to Mary Gertrude Mortimer wife of Robert Mortimer formerly Porrett Spinster the sister and the universal Legatee named in the said Will having been first sworn by Comon duly to administer. Robert Porrett Esquire the brother and Robert Collier Porrett Esquire the Nephew the Nephew (sic) the Executors named in the said Will having renounced the probate and execution thereof as by Acts of Court appears.
