The declaracn of the accompt of Agnes
Porrett wedow Late wife and sole Administratrix of the goods and
Chattells of Willm Porrett Late of Hatrtelple Carpenter within the
dioces of Duresme deceased made upon the administracn and distribucn of
his goods chattells and creditts according to the order puport and true
meaninge of the Right Nobll Clement Colm.. dcor of Law officiall
principall within this dioces of Duresme, wch order under his hand and
seale beareth date the xxxith of January Ao dm 1611
First the
said administratrix & accomptant by way of accompt chardgeth her
self to have received of the goods chattells and creditts of the said
Willm Porrett her late husband deceased (his debts funeralle &
other rights being first deducted & payed) accounting to the sum
of ___ C iiii(xx above, indicating score). xix L. vi
s. x d. (ie £199 6s. 10d.)
Whereof she prayeth allowance as followeth-/
First
she prayeth allowance of threscore six pounds nine shillings iid due to
this accomptant for her wedow right oute of the said deceased his goods
& chattells amounting to a third pte ______ iii (xx above,
indicating score) vi L. ix s. ii d.
Also she the said
administratrix prayeth allowance of another third pte wch doth amount
to the like sum of iii (xx above, indicating score) vi L. ix s. ii d.
due to Peter Porrett for his filiall porcn and now under the tuicn of
this accomptan _____________ iii (xx above, indicating score) vi L. ix
s. ii d
Item this Accomptant prayeth allowance of the like sum
of Lxvi L. ix s. ii d. being another third pte called the deathes pte
wch according to the said Judg of this Courte his order being devided
into seaven ptes, one pte due to her ?self? amounting to ix L. ix s. x
d. of another pte due to Richard Porett amounting to the like sum of ix
L. ix s. x d. of a third pte due to Katherin the wife of Willm Gibson
amounting to the like sum, a fourth pte due to Jane the wife of Robert
?Hulse? a fifte pte due to Allice ww wife to Henry Rutter a sixt pt due
to Willm Porrett sonn to the said deceased & a seaventh pte due to
all the said six psones being children to the said Willm by a ?form?
wife all wch said summes this accomptant hath payed to the said six
sevrall psones according to the dayes ..mitted by the said Judg his
order as by the sevall acquittance upon the receipt thereof under their
