In the name of God Amen

I Willyam Hett of Throston .. the pish of Hart and in the Countie of Durham beinge sicke of bodye yet of perfect remembrance thankes be to allmightye god doe make and ordaine this my last will and testement In manner and forme as followeth: First I Comend my soule to Almightye god my maker and Redeemer And my body to be buryed in the Churchyeard of my said pish: 

First I doe give and bequeath unto my sonne Robert Hett my Farme caled todes Farme to enter at next maye daye with the corne in the Earthwith condition that he shall paye to his tow sisters Mary Hett and Elizabeth Hett 100£ to be equaly devided betweene them as they come to xxi yeares of age my meaninge is that it stand for his portion 

Item I give and bequeath to my sonne Nicholas Hett my house in Hartlepole and : 40£ in monye in full satisfaction of his childs portion 

Itm I give to my sonne Thomas Hett : 40£ 

Item I give to my daughter Annas : 30£ 

Item I give to my sonne Willyam Hett : 10£ 

and my will is that my wife shall have all the Farme whereon we now dwell dureinge the time of her widdowhood: 

Item I give to Willyam Jurdeson and Margrett Jurdeson either a sheep hog 

All ye rest of my goodes both moveable and unmoveable my debts and legaces beinge discharged I give to Margrett my wife: And John Hett my sonne said onelye that John Hett shall have the Farme after his mother And doe constitute and ordayne the said Margrett & John my whole Executors of this my last will and testament: xxijth of September: Anno Dom: 1636
