..oman, being sick in bodie, but in pfect memorie (thankes be to God)
doe make this my last will & testament in manner followinge.
Imprimis
I give & bequeath my soule into the hands of Jesus Christe my onely
Saviour & Redeemer, trusting through his merits death & passion
onely to be saved and my bodie to be buried in Stranton Church
Itm I give unto my sone Robt Gibson; my sone & heire all my freehold land in Hart and Claxton, as alsoe the lease of my Farme in Hart that I hould of the Right Hoble the Lord Lumley;
Itm I doe give unto my sone Willm Gibson all my Freehold land wch I have & am now seized of in Strantone as alsoe the Revcon of the lease in Stranton (after the death of Dorothy GIbson my mother) wch I hould of the Lords of Stranton and to hold the foresaid land to him & his heires for ever And I doe alsoe give unto my said sonne Willm GIbson two hundred pounds to be paid by twentie pounds p Anno out of my lands of Claxton until the same be fully paid & the first paymt thereof to beging at the feast of St Martin the Bpp in winter next after my death,
Itm I give to my mother Dorothy Gibson my lease in Stranton being held of the Lords there dureing all the remainder of the said lease now yet to come if shee soe longe live.
Itm I give to my brother Anthony my best horse and to his sonne tenn pounds in mony
Itm .....ive unto his sister Dorothy Gibs.. ..e cowe and one whie.
Itm I give unto my sisters children e..ie of them twentie shillings
Itm ...... give unto Barnard ..... Fortie shillings
Itm I give to my godsonne Willm Mallom twenty shillings
Itm I give to my godsonne Mathew Richardson the [?oxe?] that his father hath of myne
Itm I give to my servant Thomas Stevenson a cow wch is called his by his name & tenn pounds to be paid out of my land in Thorpe Bulmer within one yeare after my death,
Itm I give to Dorythe Temple Forty shillings
Itm I give to Robt Chilton one Gimmer hogg
Itm I give to Wilyam Storie one gimmer lambe
Itm I give to my godsonne Willm Wilkinson tenn shillings
Itm I give to my beloved wife Grace Gibson twentie pounds for a legacie & my black mare
Itm I give to the power of the pish of Stranton Five pounds & the same to goe forward in use for a stock to them
Itm I give to the poore of Hart five pounds,
And of this my last will & testamt I doe make & constitue my two daughters Dorothie Gibson & Isabella Gibson my sole Executrices & doe give unto them all the rest of my goods moveable & unmoveable (the great steap leade at Harte onely excepted, wch I give to my sone Robt as an heire loome;

I doe hereby make my trustie and wellbeloved friend Robt Collingwood of

that my absolute will and mynd is that all dets that I am owinge at the
tyme of my deathe be payd out of the Rent and profits of my land in
