In the name of God Amen I William Fairfax of the County of York &
in the Town of Carnaby Gent do dispose of my psonal Estate as
follows
First I order that my debts and funeral charges be discharged by my Extrix (hereafter menconed)
Imprs I give to my Eldest Son Thomas Fairfax fifty pounds to be paid as the Charges of his Educacon at the University shall by porcons or parts reqeuire it
Item I give to my second Son William Fairfax the sum of fifty pounds to be paid when his Age is one & twenty years
Item to my third Son Lancelot Fairfax the sum of fifty pounds to be paid when his age is one & twenty years
Item to my Daughter Catherine Fairfax the sum of fifty pounds to be paid when her age is one & twenty years
Item I appoint my beloved wife Frances Fairfax my Extrix (who I order to pay the above menconed charges & Legaciys as they become due the rest of my psonal effects I bequeath & give to my sd Wife Frances Fairfax my Will & design is that if any of those my above menconed Children shall dye before they shall arrive at the Age of twenty one years then such Legacy or Legacys shall equally be divided amongst the Surviving Children

appoint my last Will & Testamt bearing date the fourth of January
