This is the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Lockey of the Town and County of Newcastle upon Tyne Flour Dealer
I give and bequeath unto my sister Mary Johnson wife of Andrew Johnson of the City of York labourer the Sum of Thirty Pounds
and to my Brother John Lockey the Sum of Twenty pounds
And I direct the said two Legacies to be paid by my Executrix hereinafter named within one Month after my decease
I also give to my said Brother John Lockey all my wearing Apparel to be delivered to him immediately after my decease
I give to my Nephew Thomas Lockey son of my Brother Richard Lockey my Silver Watch
And
subject to the payment of my just debts the said Legacies my funeral
Expences and the expence of proving this my Will I give and bequeath
unto my dear Wife Margaret Lockey her Executors Administrators and
Assigns all my Stock in Trade outstanding debts Sum and Sums of money
due and owing to me on Government or other Securities and all my
Household Furniture Beds Bedding and Linen and all other my Estate and
Effects whatsoever and wheresoever not herein before specifically
disposed of And I constitute and appoint my said dear wife Executrix of
this my Will And hereby revoking all former Wills by me at anytime made
I publish and declare this to be and contain my last Will and Testament
In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the twentieth
day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and
six
