In the Name of God Amen I Robert Perritt of the City of York Gentleman
only visited with sicknesse but of perfect & disposeing minde &
memory doe make this my last will & testament & I doe first
revoake make nul & voyd all other former wills by me heretofore
made & my Soul I comit to God who gave it to me & my body to be
decently buried at the discression of my Executrix hereafter named
and
I doe hereby give & bequeath to my father Wm Perritt two acres
& a halfe of hardcorne now Sowne & growing in Heslington Close
to his owne use for ever & alsoe the cow he now milkes or which he
did milke by my permission & in case my Executor hereafter
named continue to farme the sd grounds & lands I farme in
Heslington I order & direct him to depasture & give free
?......? there of the sd grounds as I have done to my sd father &
my mother dureing their two naturall lives & the life of the longer
liver of them for the sd cow I have given as aforesd to my sd father
free & gratis without any payment for the same

I give to my Daughter in Law Elizabeth Hallawell Spinster the sume of
twenty pounds to be payd her by my Executor hereafter named within six
months after my death
Item my will & mind is & I doe hereby ... declare that my Articles of agreement on my Marriage with my now wife shall be fully performed according to the true meaning & intent thereof And that all my just debts shall be fully payd & discharged
All the
rest & residue of my Estate both reall & personall I give
devise & bequeath to my Sone Robert Perritt his heires Executors
Admrs & Assignes for ever And I doe nominate & appoint my sd
sone Robert Perrit sole Executor of this my last will & testament

of November in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand seven hundred
