Will of John Perritt, City of York, Beerbrewer.

Dated 9 June 1727, proved (1727?) at York.


In the Name of God Amen I John Perritt of the City of York Beerbrewer doe make & Ordaine this my last Will and Testament in manner & forme following Impris I give & bequeath unto my Daughter Grace & to her Heires for ever all my Reall Estate lyeing in the County of York 

As to my Psonall Estate I give and bequeath the same to my Dear and Loveing Wife Elizabeth & to my Daughter Grace to be equaly devided betwixt them (except the large Tankred & a pottinger wch was my wifes Fathers wch I leave to my Wife) 

And I doe hereby name & appoint them sole Extrixs of this my last Will and Testament Revoakeing all former Wills and Declare this to be my last Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto Sett my hand and seale this ninth day of June 1727
