I Francis Perrot once Rector of the Parish of Plouneourtriz, Diocese of St Pol-De-Leon, County of Lower Brittany in France, make this as and for my last Will and Testament. I desire to be decently buried; and after all my just debts are paid, I hereby bequeath one hundred pounds to my brother and Sisters residing in the said Parish and Diocese; and then I hereby bequeath all the rest of my money, arrears of interest due to me and all my personal property to the
Revd Mr Benedict Rayment of Lartington, for his sole use and benefit, constituting him, the said Mr Rayment my Sole executor, as witness my hand this day 11th of January 1810

On the Sixth day of February one Thousand eight hundred and twelve
Appeared personally the Reverend Thomas Smith of Sunderland Bridge in the County of Durham and made oath that he knew and was well acquainted with the Reverend
Francis Perrot heretofore Rector of the Parish of Plouneourtriz in the Diocese of Saint Pol-De-Leon in the County of Lower Brittany in France and late of Tudhoe in the Parish of Brancepeth in the County and Diocese of Durham deceased for some time before his death and that he hath seen him write and subscribe his name and thereby became well acquainted with his manner and character of Handwriting and subscription and having viewed the Paper writing hereunto annexed purporting to be the last will and testament of the said deceased beginning thus "I
Francis Perrot once Rector of the Parish of Plouneourtriz, Diocese of St Pol-De-Leon, County of Lower Brittany in France, make this as and for my last Will and Testament" ending thus "as witness my hand this day 11th of January 1810" and thus subscribed "Francis Perrot, Lartington" He this deponent does verily and in his conscience believe the whole series and content of the said Paper writing beginning and ending as aforesaid and the subscription thereto to have been of the Proper Hand writing of the said deceased.
This will was proved on the 6th day of February 1812 by the Revd Benedict Rayment the sole executor within named, to whom Admon was granted, He having been first duly sworn before the
Revd Samuel Viner Clerk MA Surrogate lawfully appointed well and faithfully to execute &c as usual
