Complt
of Richard Sympson, White Fryers, London, carpenter; Edward Periam,
London, brewer & Richard Lacye, London, brewer (dated 2.7.1639).
- Thomas Simpson, St Giles without Cripplegate, brewer possessed personal estate to the value of c. £2000, will dated 29.6.1637
- bequeathed to Mary his eldest daughter £400
- Above complts designated as overseers to Thomas Simpson's will.
- Bequeathed to Anne, his other daughter, £200 & the lease of his house.
- Elizabeth his wife named as Executrix.
- Thomas Simpson died 7.7.1637
- Thomas Simpson was executor of the will of Richard Dynes.

Complts state that Thomas Simpson had, by deed pole, instructed that
hsi share of Richard Dynes' estate must pas only to his children &
had granted it to the complt Richard Simpson (his father) for that
purpose.
- Thomas Prestwicke of Hackney, Middx married Elizabeth
the relict of Thomas Simpson and has possessed himself of certain
leases, goods, chattels etc. to which the complts claim he is not
entitled.
Answer of Thomas Pristwicke and Elizabeth his wife (dated 24.6.1640)
- mention of Robert Atkins als Atkinson, who had married another d. of Richard Dynes.
