Brief notes only:

Nov 1692 Thomas Prissick of Gra...church Street London Uphosterer aged about 28

- did know Thomas Attwell, late of London, carpenter decd the complainant Elizabeth's late father

- Thomas Attwell died about 4 of the clock in the morning on or about 25 May 1690 and the deponent was present at his death

- The daughter Elizabeth was the only child left living at the time of his death

- this deponent did intermarry with the daughter of the said Elizabeth

- Peters was Scrivener to Thomas Attwell

- deponent notes that Peters confirmed on the day of Thomas Attwell's death that there was a 'writeinge' granting his estate solely to the daughter Elizabeth ( & specifically not to her husband) but this had not been signed and sealed

Nov 1692 Benjamin Whiter of the parish of St James Clerkenwell, Middx, Gent aged 50 years & upward

Nov 1692 Mary Prissick, wife of Thomas Prissick of Gracechurch Street, London, aged about 21 yeares

- lived with Thomas Attwell about 12 month before he died, he being her grandfather


Nov 1692 Christopher Prissick of Tower Street, London, Mrcht aged about 33 years

- mentions going to see Peters with Mr James Oades in Aprill or May 1691

- Notes claim by Peters that Attwell owed £50 to a Captain Rutter, but had checked thsi with Captain Rutter who confirmed that although it had been loaned in 1675, it had been paid back in 1681.

Nov 1692 James Oades

- refers to Christopher Prissick as Captain Prissick
