Brief notes.
Complaint:
************
of Robert
Preswick, Guisbrough, Weaver. Father of John Preswick late of London
deceased (with personal estate upwards of £50,000)
- John Preswick died intestate & without issue
- Ann Preswick is John Preswick's widow
- Robert Preswick believes John Preswick's residuary estate becomes distributable between Ann Preswick and himself.
-
Complains that Ann Preswick is stalling, claiming that the estate is
very complex, and that there is insufficient to satisfy all debts &
