Complaint of George Prissick, Lyth, Yorkshire; John Stubley, Cramb, Yorks, yeoman and Mary Newton, Scarbrough, Yorks, widow. 


- Thos Manners, decd, was employed by George Prissick in April 1740 and became indebted to George Prissick and the other complainants.

- mention of an approach by Thos Manners to John Conyers, Attorney, New Malton, Yorks with an offer to provide security (to cover the debt??) of a bond from William Bell of Huby, Yorks & Margaret his wife to Thos Manners of Slingsby, concerning land in Flaxton.
