Complaint of Christopher Prissick, London, Merchant &
James Oades, London, Scriviner Adm & Exrs of the goods and
chattells etc. of John Hubback late of London merchant.
concerns attempt to claim payment of debts due to John Hubback from Edward Lassells of the Island of Barbados
- John Hubback was acquainted with Edward Lassells of the Island of Barbados
- John Hubback shipt in 1691 in the 'Bridge Towne' Christopher Prissick Commander, bound from Port of London to Barbados. Consigned to the said Edward Lassells
- further shipments were made

has now returned to England, but is refusing to settle the account,
claiming not to have received the goods, or has already given credit
for their value
